Pave Your Path: Career-focused Workshops for Moving Image Artists is a UK/HK workshops and screening programme running from February to April 2023, with the aim of strengthening collaboration, knowledge sharing, and links between HK and UK artists. Co-organised by Film London, g39 and Videotage, the project strives to strategically support the next generation of moving image art practitioners, in particular emerging artists, who are working to build their careers in the art sector. Through sharing of knowledge by reputable industry professionals, the project will equip the artists with vital information and skills in fundraising, collaboration, contracts, copyright, green production, idea presentations, and curating. It will also help them to build international connections through a networking session and screenings.
Pave Your Path : Career-focused Workshops for Moving Image Artists est un programme d’ateliers et de projections en Royaume-Uni et à Hong Kong se déroulant de février à avril 2023, dans le but de renforcer la collaboration, le partage des connaissances et les liens entre les artistes de Hong Kong et du Royaume-Uni. Co-organisé par Film London, g39 et Videotage, le projet s’efforce de soutenir stratégiquement la prochaine génération de praticiens de l’art de l’image en mouvement, en particulier les artistes émergents, qui s’efforcent de bâtir leur carrière dans le secteur de l’art. Grâce au partage de connaissances par des professionnels réputés de l’industrie, le projet fournira aux artistes des informations et des compétences essentielles en matière de collecte de fonds, de collaboration, de contrats, de droits d’auteur, de production verte, de présentation d’idées et de commissariat. Cela les aidera également à établir des liens internationaux grâce à une séance de réseautage et des projections.
「PAVE YOUR PATH：流動影像藝術家職業導向工作坊」是一個培育並連結香港與英國藝術家的工作坊和放映計劃，於2023 年 2 月至 2023 年 4 月舉行，旨在加強香港和英國藝術家之間的合作、知識和聯繫。項目受英國文化協會資助，由 Film London、g39和錄映太奇合辦，致力支持下一代流動映像藝術從業者，尤其是正在努力在藝術領域建立自己職業生涯的藝術家。 通過藝術圈內資深專業人士的分享，藝術家將了解到籌劃資金、合作、合同、版權、環保拍攝、概念展示 和策展方面的技巧與注意事項，並藉著參與視像會議工作坊和於香港、英國及網上舉行的放映，拓展國際上的聯繫與人脈。
