The Sutherland Test is an immersive performance at the crossroads of theater and digital arts.
Organized in a public space, it brings together 16 participants responding to the invitation of a startup specializing in transcendence technologies. The participants are there to test their brand new revolutionary immersion device: the BUD (Black Up Display), a polysensory optical occultation prosthesis.
Thanks to these diverted “Altered Reality” headsets, they will discover the true intentions of the group that supervises them, gradually realizing that they are now at the heart of a process gradually realizing that they are now at the heart of a process with a deeper aim…

« Le test Sutherland » est une performance immersive à la croisée du théâtre et des arts numériques.
Organisée dans un espace public, elle rassemble 16 participants ayant répondu à l’invitation d’une start-up spécialisée dans les technologies de transcendance. Les participants sont là pour tester leur tout nouveau dispositif d’immersion révolutionnaire : le BUD (Black Up Display), une prothèse d’occultation optique polysensorielle.
Grâce à ces casques de « réalité altérée », ils découvriront les véritables intentions du groupe qui les supervise, prenant peu à peu conscience qu’ils se trouvent désormais au cœur d’un processus dont l’objectif est plus profond…

活動將在一處公共空間進行，16 位參與者獲一間科技前沿的新創公司邀請測試其嶄新的革命性沉浸裝置—— BUD（Black Up Display），一款多感官光學遮蔽裝置。
參與者戴上這些經特殊改造的 VR 頭戴設備後，將逐步沉浸進一個層層揭露秘密的世界。隨著體驗的深入，他們將發現監督這項實驗的組織有著遠比表面更深的企圖——並且逐漸意識到：
這不只是一場科技測試，而是有著更深層的目的……
